Ben fell asleep and Jesse needed to work, so I took Fred out on a Mommy-Buddy date to see more parks!

Our first stop was a quick peek at the Bright Grandview Golf Course Clubhouse.

Then it was off to Sheridan Park. It was a cute little park in a neighborhood, but it was hot and there wasn’t any shade – other than a shelter that was already hosting a birthday party. The baby swings were busy, so it was a very quick stop.

Pocket Park #1 was tucked in another neighborhood. It had very cute decorations!

Our last stop of the day was at Martin Luther King Jr. Park. The wading pool wasn’t open today, but the baby swings were shaded. Whew! Fred was such a good sport about our visits. It was a great day!
